3 egg whites

2 tbsp sugar

200 gr icing sugar (powdered sugar)

2 tbsp icing sugar (for sprinkling)

Food coloring to taste (color can be according to taste)

Grease Material:

100 g white chocolate, chopped

2 tbsp heavy cream

1 1/2 tsp vanilla powder

How to make macaroon spread:

Prepare a pot filled with a little water, then place the bowl in the middle of the pan (don't let the water exceed the height of the bowl).

Add the white chocolate and heavy cream then cook over low heat, making sure the mixture is well mixed.

Then after that lift and let stand until thick and cold. The oil is ready to use.

How to make a simple macaroon:

Prepare a baking sheet that is lightly greased with butter, cover with parchment paper and set aside.

Next, beat the egg whites on high speed until soft, then add the caster sugar and continue to beat until the sugar is dissolved and soft. Turn off the mixer, then add the icing sugar and almond flour, mix well using a spatula.

After that transfer the dough into a smaller bowl, if you want a few different colors on the macaroon cake, then divide the dough into different bowls as many colors as you want to make.

Pour the food coloring that has been prepared according to taste into the mixture in each bowl, then mix well.

Then put the dough in a triangular shape cake bag, make a hole in the end and then spray the dough on the baking sheet.

Make the same balls, don't forget to leave a distance of about 2 cm between the dough so that when the dough expands it doesn't stick together.

Then sprinkle icing sugar on top of the dough, then let it rest for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Then bake the cake dough in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes or until cooked. Then remove from heat, let the macaroon cake cool.

Finally, spread one part of the macaroon cake with the previously made spread, then cover the macaroon cake which has the same color. Shape to resemble a burger.
